Accounts & Administration Executive

Arabian Treasures Chocolates is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for a motivated Accounts & Administration Executive to support its daily accounting and administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist with financial documentation, administrative coordination, reporting, and record management while working closely with suppliers and the accounting team. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, accuracy, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting records, financial documents, and administrative files.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and maintain accurate Excel records.

• Coordinate with suppliers regarding documentation and related matters.

• Work closely with the accounting team to support daily financial operations.

• Handle invoices, payment records, and related documentation.

• Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:
