Description:

Abu Dhabi Sports Aviation Club (ADSAC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative & Customer Service Executive to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer support while efficiently managing daily administrative operations.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth front-office activities, coordinating customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal departments. The position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Manage front-desk operations and oversee daily administrative duties.

• Coordinate bookings, appointments, and customer schedules.

• Prepare reports, invoices, business documents, and correspondence.

• Maintain organized customer records and update company databases.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient customer service.

• Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Previous GCC work experience is preferred.
