HR Digital Analyst

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS and talent management systems
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures
- Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives
- Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or a similar digital HR role in a multinational company
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with Time & Absences modules
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations like GDPR
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
