Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in managing sales and leasing for residential properties. You will interact directly with clients to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle residential sales and leasing transactions.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and leverage data to make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and data analysis.
- A commitment to customer service excellence and adept at problem-solving.
Experience in Dubai real estate sales or property management is an advantage.
