**About the Role**

We are seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of KYC/Client Onboarding experience who are immediately available and currently based in the UAE. We are searching for a client-focused individual who can effectively manage onboarding processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Conduct end-to-end KYC and client onboarding activities for new customers.
- Review and verify customer documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required.
- Screen customers against sanctions, PEP and adverse media databases.
- Identify missing documentation and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding onboarding requirements.
- Ensure all client records are maintained accurately and updated within internal systems.
- Escalate any high-risk or unusual cases in accordance with established procedures.
- Support ongoing remediation and periodic KYC review activities as required.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

**Your Profile**

- Minimum 2 years' experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, CDD or AML Operations within a bank, financial institution or regulated environment.
- Good understanding of KYC/AML regulations and customer due diligence processes.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
