AVP Audit & Operations Risk Lead - Real-Time Monitoring

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an AVP & Audit Manager for Operations & Support Functions in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on data-driven assurance, real-time monitoring, and continuous improvement across risk domains, with emphasis on Emiratization and regulatory alignment.
The incumbent will lead CAAT-based audits, develop dashboards, and guide junior staff while partnering with business lines to strengthen risk controls and governance. This position reports to GIA management.
