About the Program

The International Business Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your early professional career within the industry of applied marine subsea and automation activities.

The program will provide you with opportunities to learn about our business from the bridge to the boardroom and work with talented and experienced teams who deliver outstanding service to our clients across the energy and subsea industry.

We aim to help you build ang establish a strong career foundation with us. Our flexible international placements will include exposure to business functions like Finance; Commercial; Supply Chain; and Marketing. Locations may include UAE France and Sweden.

By the end of the 24-month program you will be able to work with your sponsors to align a career path across a range of opportunities based on your strengths and aspirations as they fit within our dynamic business requirements.

We encourage candidates to bring a curious mindset and a willingness to be flexible in exploring new fields and learning about the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Work as Graduate Specialist in at least three of our General Administration departments:
• Our Commercial teams are responsible for making sure customers understand our work and helping them find the right solution to their challenges. The graduate will be assisting in market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities providing support in the development of marketing materials and presentations and participating in strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Our Supply Chain team oversees the Procurement Sourcing Logistics Material Management Supply Planning Warehouse Management and Facility Management of the business. The graduate will play a vital supporting role within the team gaining hands-on experience in various functions and will be working alongside seasoned professionals and contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain operations while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
• Our Finance teams oversee Financial Planning & Analysis Project Finance Tax planning and reporting; Treasury; and Accounting. The Business Graduate will work alongside one of our teams contributing to the effective financial management of our fast-paced operations.
• Our Marketing team manage our internal and external communications and run campaigns and events that build our brand. The Business Graduate would work alongside passionate marketeers who strive to deliver our brand strategy keeping us front and center in the minds of customers and industry players across the globe.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain regular contact with Sponsors and Mentors
• Produce reports and share feedback on progress throughout the Program
• Participate in business travel as required by the rotation within the Program.

Who are we looking for

• MBA degree
• Exposure and willingness to be part of Business Administration Functions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willing to travel and work internationally as needed by the rotations
• Valid permission to work within the European Union
