Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Jitendra Consulting Grou p – Headquarter in Dubai is a reputed leading multi-lingual rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as Auditing and accounting, Business Advisory Services, Intellectual Property Services, VAT, and AML compliance services in the UAE.
We are looking for an experienced temporary Driver cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) .
Key responsibilities:
- Visiting free zones and government offices
- visiting clients to deliver the documents and collections of the Cheques
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations/authorities and providing a key interface between the two.
- Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor and Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
- Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees, and their families to
assist them with all government-related services.
- Will be responsible for public relations activities, and liaison with the following UAE free zones, governments, and semi-government organizations
- Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above services.
- Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs.
- Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
- Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance, and Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Maintain daily receipts for monthly disbursements.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Visa processing at MOL
- With UAE Driving License
- Should know English and Hindi
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
- Must have a computer knowledge
Job Type: One–month contract (Freelance visa)
