Designation: PRO
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship between the company and various government organizations and authorities.
- Provide timely and efficient services related to government-related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses.
- Act as a key interface between the company and the government, ensuring that all requirements are met and all necessary documentation is in order.
- Respond effectively to the demands of the businesses, employees, and their families, and provide expert advice on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all the services provided. Stay up-to-date with the ever-changing government rules and regulations, and be able to manage urgent tasks with short notice.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
