Business Head - Glass

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Head Glass to lead and drive the glass packaging division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management a deep understanding of the glass packaging in the perfume or cosmetics industry and the ability to align glass product strategies with the overall goals of the perfume business. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our glass packaging solutions meet the highest standards of quality innovation and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the strategic business plan for the glass packaging division aligned with the overall corporate objectives.

• Identify market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to capitalize on opportunities for growth.

• Drive innovation in glass product design and manufacturing to support brand aesthetics and functionality.

Business Development & Sales

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand market share in the perfume industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers suppliers and industry stakeholders.

• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage.

Operations Management

• Oversee the endtoend supply chain for glass packaging including sourcing manufacturing quality control and logistics.

• Collaborate with R&D production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality glass products.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Financial Management

• Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports for the glass division.

• Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue and profit targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Team Leadership & Development

• Build mentor and lead a highperforming team across sales operations and technical functions.

• Foster a culture of innovation accountability and customer focus.

• Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to drive business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business leadership roles within the glass packaging or related industry preferably in the perfume or cosmetic goods sector.

• Strong knowledge of glass manufacturing processes quality standards and market dynamics.

• Proven track record of driving business growth managing P&L and leading crossfunctional teams.

• Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
