The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy in line with commercial objectives, Hilton brand standards and overall business priorities.

The role will focus on driving awareness, engagement and revenue across hotel and F&B through digital marketing, social media, content, PR, partnerships, campaigns and local market activations.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the General Manager, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, Operations and Hilton regional/corporate teams to ensure effective execution and consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications plan.

• Maintain a structured marketing calendar covering hotel, F&B, seasonal promotions and local market activities.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance, and provide recommendations to the leadership team.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage the hotel’s digital and social media presence.

• Develop engaging content including photography, videos, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.

• Plan and monitor paid digital campaigns aligned with commercial priorities.

• Track reach, engagement, audience growth and campaign effectiveness.

F&B Marketing

• Work closely with F&B leadership to develop campaigns for restaurants, bars, events and seasonal promotions.

• Drive outlet visibility, covers, footfall and revenue through targeted marketing initiatives.

• Support new concepts, menus, offers, brunches, themed events and special promotions.

• Coordinate social media, photography, influencer activity and promotional materials.

Brand, Content & PR

• Ensure all marketing communication follows Hilton brand standards and guidelines.

• Develop strong content and storytelling around the hotel, guest experience, F&B, destination and Team Members.

• Coordinate photography, videography, PR activity, media visits, influencers and content creators.

• Support Hilton regional and corporate marketing initiatives at property level.

Partnerships & Local Marketing

• Develop partnerships with local businesses, tourism partners, attractions, lifestyle brands and other relevant organizations.

• Identify cross-promotional opportunities that increase awareness and generate incremental hotel and F&B revenue.

• Strengthen the hotel’s positioning within the local market and destination.

Commercial Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, E-commerce, F&B and Operations to align marketing activity with business priorities.

• Support seasonal campaigns, staycation offers, tactical promotions and special events.

• Ensure marketing initiatives are commercially focused, measurable and linked to revenue opportunities.

Budget & Agency Management

• Manage the approved marketing budget and monitor expenditure.

• Coordinate external agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, designers and media partners.

• Ensure marketing spend provides appropriate value and business impact.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within hospitality. Previous Hilton experience is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in F&B marketing, digital marketing, social media, PR and content creation.

• Good understanding of hospitality marketing and the local market.

• Strong leadership, ownership and execution skills.
