Senior Software Engineer — AI Research Tools & Workflow

Responsibilities
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews and written tasks
- Complete qualitative surveys and feedback activities
- Share professional insights regarding workflow management practices, tool selection, and organizational needs
- Complete a paid screener to assess suitability for specific research tasks
Requirements
- Manager-level experience or higher in software engineering, product management, or product design
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, or managing workflow management tools
- Familiarity with software or product development workflows
- Involvement in purchasing decisions, tool selection, or strategic budgeting
- Direct experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps, GitHub Projects, GitLab, Shortcut, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in decision-making roles regarding development or collaboration tools
- Ability to commit to at least one hour of uninterrupted work for research tasks
