Requirements

High school diploma or higher education.

Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales preferably in luxury or fashion retail.

Strong understanding of sales techniques customer profiling and upselling methods.

Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.

Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.

Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.

Experience working with leather goods accessories or perfumes is highly preferred.

Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.

Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
