Lead Landscape Architect - Infrastructure

Job Summary SSH is seeking a talented Lead Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture and public realm projects across the UAE and wider Middle East. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, sustainable, and high-quality environments while leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture and public realm projects from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Develop creative, sustainable, and technically robust design solutions.
• Manage project delivery, resources, schedules, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting design excellence and collaboration.
• Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional landscape architecture experience, including project leadership in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven experience delivering public realm, mixed-use, urban development projects.
• Strong design, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Land FX, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, local regulations, sustainability principles, and regional planting strategies.

Preferred

• Professional accreditation or working towards CMLI, ASLA, ALIA, or equivalent.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Demonstrated commitment to design quality, innovation, and project excellence.
