Pearl Event Management Services is seeking a motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with experience managing medical-related events and delivering exceptional event experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, seminars, workshops, and other healthcare-focused events. You will collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and related events.

• Plan event schedules, registrations, logistics, and venue arrangements.

• Communicate with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and event staff throughout the event lifecycle.

• Monitor event execution on-site to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

• Maintain event documentation and support successful project completion.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in event management, preferably in medical-related events.
