Job Description

We are looking for an IAM PAM Analyst who will facilitate workforce identity management, privilege access management, and secrets management initiatives. The candidate shall be directly involved with the implementation, service, and upkeep of Beyond Trust Password Safe. They will be seconded to our SailPoint and Account Admin teams to assist in ongoing auditing and security duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the initial build out of Beyond Trust Password Safe
• Work Level 1/2 issues with Password Safe and SailPoint IIQ
• Assist in developing business requirements, test cases and plans
• Assist with user access certification campaigns

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working in a structured IT environment while following and refining written process, with a preferred 2 years as a business analysis using Agile methods.
• Required Experience with PAM Solutions, Beyond Trust preferred.
• Experience using Agile development methodology.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Quality focused mindset with analytical skills to find creative solutions to business needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of success in areas related to access management and account administration.
• Ability to leverage creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and individual initiative, while seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
• Advanced data mining and manipulation skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful, actionable goals.
• Shows an understanding of personal and team roles, while contributing to a positive working environment.

Experience in managing IAM initiatives across companies.
