Assistant ICT

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents related to IT systems
- Provide high-quality daily technical support to users
- Install, test, maintain, and service IT equipment
- Administer and regularly update the ICT equipment inventory
- Ensure system security, backup management, and software/antivirus updates in accordance with Head Office directives
- Ensure availability and performance of internet connections and network infrastructures (Wi‑Fi, VSAT, VHF/HF, etc.)
- Train and support users on basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Produce weekly and monthly ICT activity reports
- Comply strictly with internal policies, SOPs, and hierarchical instructions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a network technician or in a similar role
- Fundamental knowledge of IT and networking
- Strong organizational skills and rigor in following established procedures
- Communication skills with ability to write reports
- Team spirit and ability to work in isolated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA+ or Cisco (CCNA) certifications
- Proficiency in English
