Material Controller

• Receive inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders material requisitions and delivery notes .
• Ensure proper material identification tagging and traceability as per ADNOC and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of material receipts issues returns and stock balances .
• Coordinate with warehouse procurement QA/QC and construction teams for material availability and distribution.
• Monitor material storage conditions and preservation requirements (coating wrapping shelf life etc.).
• Issue materials to construction teams based on approved material request forms (MRF) .
• Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report shortages damages or non-conforming materials .
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC material control procedures and project specifications .
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for material delivery schedules.
• Maintain material status reports stock reports and tracking logs .
• Support project close-out and material reconciliation activities .

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related field .
• Minimum 58 years of experience in material control warehouse or logistics in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Experience working on ADNOC or major GCC Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of material management processes inventory control and warehouse operations .
• Familiarity with construction materials including piping mechanical electrical and civil materials .
• Good understanding of material traceability and preservation requirements in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
