Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team.
Distribute customer inquiries, leads, and sales assignments among team members.
Monitor individual and team sales performance against assigned targets.
Guide sales staff on product presentation, customer communication, and follow-up techniques.
Review sales pipelines and ensure potential customers are followed up on time.
Assist team members in handling difficult customer inquiries and negotiations.
Monitor conversion rates, sales activities, and customer feedback.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide performance updates.
Support the training and development of new sales team members.
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and results.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales performance reports.
Identify sales challenges and recommend practical improvements.
Encourage professional teamwork and maintain a positive sales environment.
Ensure company sales procedures, customer-service standards, and internal policies are followed.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a similar field is an advantage.
Team-lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong leadership or communication skills may also apply.
Good understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer follow-up.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in motivating and coordinating a sales team.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting.
Target-oriented and capable of working in a competitive environment.
Professional attitude with strong customer-service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
UAE/GCC sales experience is an advantage.
