You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and procuring high-quality services to create memorable experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote luxury properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including brochures, videos, and online campaigns.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute exclusive events to showcase luxury properties, fostering connections with potential buyers and partners.
- Coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, and ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for attendees.
Vendor Procurement:
- Source and negotiate with vendors for event services, ensuring the highest quality and alignment with the luxury brand image.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
Branding and Positioning:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the luxury brand image.
- Implement branding strategies to position our properties as top-tier in the market.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
- Utilize data and insights to refine marketing and event strategies.
