We are hiring Procurement Officer : Ideally from a joinery or interior fit-out background, your role will be crucial in negotiating the best price for goods and services to be used by the company whilst maintaining excellent relationships with their supply chain and driving cost efficiency throughout the business. - Minimum 5 years experience in procurement. - UAE experience for minimum 3 years for Fit out works - Able to package technical drawings and specs, filter BoQ lists to prepare for quotations - Able to prepare detailed comparison lists in itemized BoQ, compare with budget, compare suppliers compatibility to each other and assess pre-qualifications of vendors - Able to do initial negotiation and present comparison with recommendation to HOP for decision - Strong analytical skills, able to understand and interpret the technical data to identify non compliance in quotations - Strong supplier database for supply and installation of Fit out and FF&E items for interior fit out projects - Ideally experience in previous fit out/FF&E procurement for turnkey fit out projects .
