We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Services team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• To execute payment screening operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in order to support secure and efficient transaction processing .
• Conduct screening of payment transactions to identify potential compliance issues
• Review and resolve alerts generated by the screening system to ensure timely processing
• Collaborate with compliance team on case specific queries to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
• Prepare and submit reports on screening activities to relevant stakeholders
• Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
• Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in payment operations or compliance screening
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Payment operations
• Regulatory requirements
• Screening tools report Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
