Responsibilities
Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, ensuring accurate calculations, documentation, and timely filings.
Develop, implement, and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures across finance and other business units.
Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements and ensure the company remains fully compliant.
Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns, regulatory reports, and supporting documentation.
Manage communications with the Federal Tax Authority, external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Review contracts, transactions, and business activities for tax implications while strengthening internal controls and mitigating compliance risks.
