Smooth Manpower is currently hiring an Admin Assistant for a long-term project assignment with NMDC in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess strong administrative and coordination abilities and are looking to work within a professional project-based environment.

The company is seeking a motivated and organized individual who can efficiently handle office support tasks, maintain coordination between departments, and contribute to smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

This is a long-term project role with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Project Details:

• Project Location: Abu Dhabi

• Contract Duration: 2 Years (Extendable)

• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and office support for project operations

• Coordinate with internal teams and assist with daily administrative activities

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately

• Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports, and project-related documents

• Support communication and coordination between departments and project staff

• Organize files, schedules, and office documentation systematically

• Handle general office administration and coordination duties as assigned

• Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Good administrative and coordination skills

• Knowledge of MS Excel will be considered an advantage

• Candidates currently available inside the UAE are preferred

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

• Must be available to attend face-to-face interviews

• Good communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work in a professional and team-oriented environment
