L’ETO GROUP is currently seeking a confident and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a strong leader with solid operational experience, excellent guest engagement skills, and the ability to drive both service quality and business performance in a premium dining environment.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting and possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations. This position plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant management, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff and service teams
• Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction
• Assist in achieving operational and financial performance targets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and guest relationship abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
• Strong business awareness and operational understanding
