Description:

Huntress is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to join its IT Operations team and provide technical support to employees across a global remote environment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems while ensuring smooth IT operations.

This role requires strong communication skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of IT fundamentals. The ideal candidate will support remote employees, maintain IT documentation, manage technical requests, and contribute to a secure and efficient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use remote support tools to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve employee technical issues.

• Monitor, manage, and respond to helpdesk tickets while ensuring timely resolution.

• Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and software-related problems.

• Assess technical issues and escalate tickets when necessary.

• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting resources.

• Collaborate with IT team members on complex issues, projects, and technology initiatives.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to team discussions.

• Track IT assets, software licenses, and equipment warranties while recommending upgrades or replacements when required.

Requirements:
