VP - Strategic Partnerships & Channel Growth

Build Finanshels’ partnership-led growth engine across strategic alliances, channel partners, communities and ecosystem relationships. The role begins as a senior individual contributor and player-coach, with a clear path to lead the wider revenue organisation.
FIRST 6-MONTH MANDATE
- Personally originate, negotiate and close strategic, channel and community partnerships.
- Activate existing partners and convert signed relationships into qualified leads and collected revenue.
- Build focused partner programmes for banks, free zones, fintechs, business setup firms, communities and platforms.
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, next-action cadence and weekly revenue forecast.
- Support and coach the partnership team while proving her own individual contribution.
SUCCESS MEASURES
- Collected partnership revenue against the agreed monthly and quarterly target.
- A qualified pipeline of at least 3× target.
- Active partners producing customers, not only signed MOUs.
- Accurate CRM, clear attribution and reliable forecasting.
- A repeatable partnership playbook that can be executed by a team.
