Optasia Group in Dubai is looking for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to act as the primary business partner for strategy execution and financial insight. You will lead the Group FP&A function, challenge business performance, and support capital allocation initiatives. Key candidates will have over 12 years in FP&A roles within complex international businesses, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sectors. This position requires strong analytical skills and team leadership abilities.
