Finance Manager

Procodde is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and lead its finance operations across multiple regional and international business entities. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of the finance department while supporting the organization’s continued growth throughout the GCC region and Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational controls while ensuring alignment across various subsidiaries. The role requires a confident leader with strong communication skills, excellent financial expertise, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete finance function across regional and international subsidiaries

• Coordinate financial operations and maintain alignment between finance teams and business stakeholders

• Prepare and oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management activities

• Ensure compliance with GCC financial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate policies

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Support financial planning initiatives and drive process improvements across the organization

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting across all business units

• Collaborate with executive management on business growth, risk management, and financial strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounts

• Previous experience within IT Services, Technology, or System Integrator organizations preferred

• Strong understanding of financial management, reporting standards, and corporate finance practices

• Proven ability to lead finance operations across multiple locations or subsidiaries

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing cross-functional teams

• Strong knowledge of:

• GCC financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Regional taxation frameworks and statutory obligations

• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
