Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, manage developer accounts, and drive long-term commercial growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure. The role also requires building strong developer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-volume leads and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developer accounts.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase unit density.

• Structure commercial agreements and negotiate scalable business deals.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and funnel management.

Requirements:
