Business Development Manager
Peekabox
Peekabox is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing startup team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by results, enjoy building relationships, and are confident in creating new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing restaurants, cafés, and bakeries onto the Peekabox platform by connecting with business owners, presenting the platform’s value, and closing partnership opportunities. No specific industry experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and professionals looking to grow in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact restaurant owners and managers to introduce Peekabox and its partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline from initial discussions to successful partner onboarding.
• Identify potential business partners and develop strong relationships with restaurants, cafés, and bakeries.
• Conduct sales pitches and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of joining the platform.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential clients.
• Work closely with founders and internal teams to support business growth.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Strong sales mindset with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
