Business Development Consultant

E Sol Global is urgently hiring an experienced Business Development Consultant – IT Services to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with extensive experience in B2B IT services sales and a proven ability to generate new business within the UAE market.
The successful candidate will focus on client acquisition, field sales, and revenue growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the company’s presence across Dubai. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 10 days are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, and direct prospecting.
• Promote and sell IT services, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CXOs, and other key decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s expansion within the Dubai market.
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of overall experience with relevant B2B IT sales/business development experience in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Immediate joiner or candidates with a maximum notice period of 10 days.
• Proven hunter profile with a successful track record of acquiring new clients and closing business deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates educated in India and residing in Dubai for at least 5 years are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established local business connections.
