Directly attached to the Marketing & Communication Manager ME, you will be responsible for assisting & ensuring the implementation of the marketing strategy and guidelines within the framework of global strategy.
You will be working with many people across all our internal departments (media, events, social medias, sponsoring, etc…) as well as external parties (printers, designers, production & event agencies, etc..). As such, this position requires a high level of initiative, incredible people skills, clear communication & follow through, attention to details, positive attitude, ability to think & solve issues and understand the brand positioning & strategy + business objectives. This role will be crucial to accompany the growth of the brand in the region.

YOUR MISSIONS

Brand Management

• Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans across all markets, in line with approved strategy and budgets

• Manage and regularly update the brand calendar for each market

• Develop PowerPoint presentations for strategy, project updates and reporting

• Attend key brand meetings, capture next steps and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams, agencies and retail partners

PR

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency, sharing key materials, priorities and guidelines and following up on reporting deliverables

• Support press and influencer seeding, gifting and sample loans, including tracking, follow-ups and deliveries including on-site support when required.

• Coordinate press and celebrity treatments including flights, hotels and entertainment.

• Manage the press sample inventory and conduct regular media research and competitor benchmarking.

• Support PR administration, including supplier onboarding, payment requests and payment follow-ups.

Events

• Coordinate event logistics including venue and supplier bookings, F&B, accommodation, transportation, guest lists and gifting.

• Liaise with agencies, suppliers, internal teams and retail partners to ensure smooth preparation and execution.

• Support guest management, on-site coordination and post-event follow-ups and reporting.

Reporting, Monitoring & Administration

• Monitor key market, media and competitor trends and share relevant insights with the team.

• Support the preparation of project briefs, presentations and post campaign reports.

• Provide administrative support to the MarCom team as required.

YOUR PROFILE

· Previous experience focused on PR, communications or events is a plus, with an interest in the luxury industry and with a recognizable degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related filed

· Comfortable working in a fast paced and multicultural environment, with a hands-on and team oriented mindset

· Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to support multiple projects and team members at the same time

· Good understanding of the luxury landscape and Middle Eastern culture, with an interest in lifestyle, arts, culture and emerging trends

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

· Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic would be a plus

· Proactive, curious and willing to learn, with a positive and solution oriented attitude

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, and comfortable working with internal teams, agencies and external partners
