We are looking for Senior Accountant preferably female who can perform following responsibilities;
1. Prepare financial models
2. Prepare quotations and send to client
3. Co -ordinate with sales team for sales enquiries status
4. Recording all the entries in tally on daily basis
5. Submit daily reports on time
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Process all the payments
8. Issue ratibi card to new employees once the labour card processed
9. Co -ordinate with HR regarding Visa to new employees
10. Attendance update on daily basis of all the employees
11. Salary process
12. Filing of the vouchers and documents in a concerned file on daily basis
13. VAT return filing
14. Prepare invoice, delivery documents for delivery to client
15. Follow up with clients for the receivable on regular basis and collect the payments
16. Prepare cash flows
17. Prepare budget forecasts
18. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
19. Audit financial transactions and documents
20. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
21. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to Managing Director
22. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
23. Co -ordinate with auditor regarding financial audit
24. Co -ordinate with all the team members and help them for urgent tasks whenever required
25. Any other additional task given by Managing Director
26. Fund Raising from Financial Institution /Banks
