Whizz HR is hiring a Business Development Executive to work with a leading Interior Design and Fitout firm in Dubai!
Position: Business Development Executive Location: Al Quoz , Dubai, UAEIndustry: Interior Fitout / Furniture / Real Estate Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Summary The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires proactive lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, and coordination with the design and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office fit-out sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present services.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of sales/business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
