Receptionist - UAE National

Role Summary: We are looking for a professional and personable UAE National Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the successful candidate will play a key role in upholding Al Tamimi & Company’s high standard of client service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished presentation, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain the reception area to reflect the firm’s corporate image.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality arrangements.
• Support the wider administration team with clerical and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• UAE National (with Family Book).
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and general office systems.
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive approach.
