We are seeking a professional PR Administrator (Emirati) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented Emirati looking to build a successful career in Public Relations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient public relations operations while providing high-quality administrative support across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data entry, tracking sheets, reporting, and maintaining accurate databases.
- Draft, format, and review official letters, memos, and reports using Microsoft Word.
- Monitor and update records, ensuring all documents, contracts, and licenses are valid and tracking expiry dates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information and ensure smooth communication flow.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Handle general administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: from 8:00 am to 5pm
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous PR Administrative experience is preferred but not required.
