Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with proven experience in the execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE . The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering works in accordance with project specifications and schedules. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory .
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities related to bridge and infrastructure works.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and report site activities to the Project Manager.
- Verify site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Review construction drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering .
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, road works, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and project execution practices.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software.
Additional Information
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Civil Engineering Degree.
- Proven UAE experience in Bridge and Infrastructure Construction Projects.
