Site Engineer

A promising opportunity is available for a qualified Site Engineer to supervise construction activities and ensure that site work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good site coordination skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day construction activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site workers.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities remain on schedule.
Inspect materials and completed work to maintain required quality standards.
Identify site issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate with the project team to resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Previous experience as a Site Engineer is preferred.
Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
