We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QC – Soil Improvement in Dubai . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for soil and ground improvement activities at project sites.
  
• Monitor soil improvement works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
  
• Inspect field activities and verify that required testing and quality-control procedures are followed.
  
• Coordinate with site, engineering, laboratory, and QA/QC teams regarding inspection and testing activities.
  
• Review test results and identify deviations or non-conformities affecting soil improvement quality.
  
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, test reports, and supporting site records.
  
• Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of identified quality issues.
  
• Support preparation of quality reports and documentation required for project review and handover.
  

Required Skills

1. Soil Improvement: Understanding of common ground and soil improvement principles and site activities.

2. Quality Control: Ability to inspect construction activities against approved quality requirements.

3. Geotechnical Testing: Knowledge of field and laboratory testing relevant to soil improvement works.

4. QA/QC Documentation: Ability to maintain inspection records, test documentation, and quality reports.

5. Site Inspection: Ability to monitor workmanship, identify deviations, and verify corrective actions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ground improvement construction projects.
  
• Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures.
  
• Strong technical reporting and documentation skills.
