Senior QA/QC - Secant Piling

Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior QA/QC – Secant Piling in Dubai, UAE . Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong technical knowledge of quality assurance and quality control activities associated with secant piling and deep-foundation works. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect secant piling activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality requirements.
  
• Conduct inspections of reinforcement cages, concrete placement, pile positioning, drilling, and related piling activities.
  
• Implement project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation.
  
• Verify incoming construction materials and supporting certificates against approved project requirements.
  
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities with site engineers, consultants, laboratories, and project stakeholders.
  
• Identify quality deviations, raise and monitor NCRs, and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Review piling quality records, inspection requests, test reports, concrete records, and as-built documentation.
  
• Support project teams in maintaining required quality standards throughout secant piling operations.
  

Required Skills

1. Secant Piling QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality requirements associated with secant pile construction.
   
2. Piling Inspection: Ability to inspect drilling, reinforcement, concreting, alignment, and pile construction activities.
   
3. ITP & Method Statements: Ability to interpret and implement approved inspection and quality-control procedures.
   
4. Concrete Quality Control: Knowledge of concrete inspection, sampling, testing, placement, and associated records.
   
5. QA/QC Documentation: Ability to manage inspection requests, NCRs, test reports, checklists, and quality dossiers.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deep foundations and geotechnical construction projects.
  
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC construction quality practices.
  
• Experience coordinating QA/QC inspections with consultants and third-party testing agencies.
  

Work Experience Requirements
