Roles & Responsibilities - Coordinator (Spare parts store & MEM)
- Assist Fleet & MEM supervisor in leading, directing and overseeing the MEM workshop activities including the MEM & spare parts store keeping in mind the objective to Support Sales team and engineering.
- Sustain best practice processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Plans the freezer/chiller delivery.
- Supporting sales Team to meet Customer’s requirement and MEM Activities.
- Supporting engineering department to spare parts stocking
- Fully utilize the equipment asset base and keep proper documentation.
- Ensure equipment and spare parts availability to maintain MEM equipment & store.
- Prepare scrap lists in coordination with finance and as per compliance regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience on similar position.
- FMCG Experience.
- Smart, hardworking, committed, and dedicated.
- Administration Skills.
- Good communication skills.
