**About the Role**

We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
The Associate Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all regulatory and statutory obligations are met. Acting as a key contact, you will ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction. You will also provide guidance to administrators and assist with complex client matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients for their corporate and trust administration needs.
- Work with the onboarding team to set up entities in various jurisdictions.
- Manage and administer an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring timely handling of requests and queries.
- Appointed as director and/or manager on client companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with authorities, service providers, and banks.
- Maintain accurate client files, statutory records, and corporate documentation.
- Organise and draft minutes for board meetings and other corporate documents.
- Conduct preliminary compliance checks and review agreements and legal documents.
- Monitor statutory and regulatory deadlines for timely filings and submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proper management of client matters.
- Identify and escalate operational, compliance, or reputational risks.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and assist in resolving complex client matters.
- Work with the Team Manager to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in monitoring team efficiency and analyzing profitability and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to current business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.

**Your Profile**

- Background in Corporate Service Provider (CSP) industry.
- Around 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage complex client matters and provide technical support.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
