As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in late 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for a Pastry Sous-Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to recipes and established standards
Organize and manage your workstation efficiently
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation throughout the production process
Follow daily production schedules and meet required quantities
Work closely with the Chef and the kitchen team
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Ensure cleanliness and organization of your section
Monitor and properly store ingredients and prepared products
Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients
Skills & Soft Skills:
Formal training in pastry
Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments
Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques
Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence
Team player with adaptability
We Offer:
Monthly Salary : AED 17,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Housing allowance
Work visa and residence sponsorship fully covered by the company

26 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays
End-of-service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law
5 working days per week with 2 days off
