Senior Business Development Executive
HLB HAMT - Audit, Tax, Advisory & Consulting
We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive who has experience in UAE market, particularly with a background in audit & consultancy firms. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our Audit, Tax, and Consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Client Relationship Management
- Service Promotion - Promote Audit, Tax, and Consultancy services by understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Market Research & Intelligence
- Collaboration with Internal Teams - Coordinate with audit, tax, and advisory teams to prepare proposals, engagement letters, and presentations.
- Target Achievement
- Follow-up & Negotiation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/ MBA marketing is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years audit & consultancy field experience in UAE.
- Knowledge about Audit, Tax & Consultancy related service offerings in UAE.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
