Scope
Customer onboarding and documentation coordination
Application tracking and internal service handovers
Customer enquiries, issue resolution and follow-up
Accurate CRM records and customer feedback reporting
Profile
Experience in customer onboarding, business support or customer service
Strong attention to detail and document management
Clear communication and practical problem-solving
Confidence using CRM systems and coordinating multiple stakeholders
