CMS Holoul is looking for motivated and responsible Collection Officers to join its growing team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer accounts professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Update customer information in company systems.
- Achieve assigned collection targets.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
