Capitex in Dubai is seeking a Process Mapping Lead to map Financial Crime risk processes across multiple units. You will develop detailed process maps, capture activities, decisions, hand-offs, dependencies, and approvals, and identify MI, KPIs, and KRIs with governance oversight.
You will engage process owners and operations teams to validate flows, facilitate workshops, and ensure formal sign-off. You will document systems, data sources, and data hand-offs, plus identify AI-ready steps and
