Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Land Surveyor in Dubai, UAE . Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Infrastructure sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land and infrastructure surveys using modern surveying instruments.
- Operate Total Station equipment for accurate site measurements and mapping.
- Verify survey data and prepare reports for project execution teams.
- Inspect and supervise survey-related project activities at construction sites.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure survey accuracy.
- Identify existing infrastructure networks and utilities before project execution.
- Prepare survey drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and related software.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and surveying standards.
Required Skills
- Land Surveying – Expertise in infrastructure and construction surveys.
- Total Station Operations – Hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment.
- AutoCAD – Ability to prepare and review survey drawings.
- Infrastructure Network Knowledge – Understanding of existing utility networks in Dubai.
- Inspection & Supervision – Experience monitoring and verifying field activities.
Preferred Skills
- GIS software knowledge.
- Civil engineering project exposure.
- Advanced survey data processing skills.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in infrastructure-related projects. Experience in inspection, supervision, and the use of modern surveying instruments is essential. Familiarity with Dubai's infrastructure networks and project environments is highly preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering.
- Additional Certifications: Surveying certifications, AutoCAD certification (if available).
