This role supports our Global Regulatory Affairs initiatives as we build and strengthen our new RA documentation system.

What You Will Do

• Collect organize and verify regulatory documents and data requested by the Global RA team.

• Populate maintain and routinely update a master Excel tracking sheet with high accuracy.

• Ensure all documents are labeled structured and filed in alignment with RA requirements.

• Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending or missing documents.

• Support administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance and documentation.

• Contribute to strengthening data quality and consistency for the new RA System.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry formatting sorting filtering). This is a must .

• Strong and fast typing skills with high attention to detail.

• Good command of English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or academic exposure to Regulatory Affairs Quality Life Sciences or related fields.

• Experience handling structured documentation or data management systems.
